The current writer's account summary actually looks a lot like this; it has a line item for each completed referral bonus (although it doesn't show the member nickname). The primary difference is that it doesn't show earnings to date and it doesn't show pending referral bonuses. I think we should probably show the pending referral bonuses separately, since they're not really part of the current monthly statement (unless the bonus is coming due this month).
Also, I guess, how would we show earlier Referral Bonuses unless we separated bonsues out by the name of the member referred each time and then also had earnings for each month, maybe?
I wonder if it would be better to have this be a status page that is separate from the monthly statements. Have to think about it.

Hi, sorry, I didn't see this question. There are two different things. One is the Top 10 list...would be good to rotate those with these other categories, I think. The other is rotating the highlighting on the main graphic on the home page with three different categories each time...maybe in the mix listed to the left?
Accounting: does greyed out mean that the referral earnings are in grey next to the earnings from writing, e.g.:
